1. Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

AI Test Group provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that transforms user-provided requirements into test scenarios, test automation scripts, and reports using artificial intelligence and large language models (LLMs). Our goal is to accelerate the software testing lifecycle and help our clients deliver reliable software faster.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the requirements and data you provide to our service. You agree that you will not:

• Provide any information that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Use the service to develop or test any software that is used for illegal or malicious purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of, the service.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AI Test Group and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AI Test Group.

6. User Content

You retain all rights to the requirements, data, and other information you provide to the service (“User Content”). By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process the User Content solely for the purpose of providing the services to you.

We do not claim any ownership rights in your User Content. The test scenarios, automation scripts, and reports generated by our service from your User Content are your property.

7. Fees and Payment

Some of our services are provided for a fee. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the services you purchase from us. We may suspend or terminate your account and/or access to our services if your payment is late and/or your offered payment method cannot be processed.

8. Confidentiality

We will treat your User Content as confidential information and will not disclose it to any third party, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services. We will use the same degree of care to protect your User Content as we use to protect our own confidential information, but in no event less than reasonable care.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. AI Test Group makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AI Test Group, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Test Group is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
